Client Services in a Time of Unrest

First there was COVID and now there are potential supply chain issues due to geopolitical factors. We continue to monitor situations on an ongoing basis and to respond in a prudent and thoughtful manner to such risks. We have diversified suppliers and subcontractors to ensure there are no disruptions to our services.

We will continue to serve you in an efficient manner. Preventative measures have been implemented to mitigate impacts on the customers and communities that we serve.

Laboratory and consulting activities continue to function in a normal manner. Turnaround times for analysis are not impacted at this moment and we do not anticipate this to change in the foreseeable future.

The laboratory continues to function normally. Routine analysis and Expedited / Rush requests are processed according to our normal protocols. At this point our business operations have not been interrupted by these spurious events.
